In November of 1995, Chuck Kieslich opened his first sheet metal shop at 311 East 10th Street, Joplin, Missouri. K&S Sheet Metal, Inc. operated at this location until October 1997. Chuck realized the increasing need for a HVAC and sheet metal fabrication in the area, this resulting in a vigorous growth in his business.

With the continuing growth and a larger building needed for expansion K&S Sheet Metal Inc. purchased Ozark Sheet Metal at 1042 South Main Street, in 1997. The well known locally owned business, established well over 30 years ago became an idea location for K&S Sheet Metal, Inc. To make it's present home.

With the growing demand for commercial HVAC contractors in the area, Chuck formed a separate department that could focus on the expansion of the commercial and industrial fields, while the original K&S Sheet Metal Inc. would continue to concentrate on the residential and light commercial installation of HVAC systems.

K&S Sheet Metal, Inc has become a primary HVAC contractor in the area serving southwest Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Envisioning the products and services of the future, while implementing experiences and knowledge from the past continues to insure a place in the industry for K&S Sheet metal, Inc.
